Sales Support (min. 32 hours)

We are looking for a Sales Support for at least 32 hours per week.
You will be working from our office in Hulst.
Together with one of our founding partners, you are primarily responsible for following up quotation requests from our clients.

Your tasks are:
1. follow-up on quotations
2. preparing product presentations
3. telephone follow-up
4. trendwatching (for this we visit fairs once or twice a year and continuously scan the internet)

1. excellent organisational skills
2. excellent in Dutch
3. good skills in English
4. knowledge of French is an advantage but not a must
5. knowledge of German is an advantage but not a must
6. knowledge of the promotional market/sector (is a plus but not a must)
7. Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar commercial/administrative role
8. excellent communication skills
9. immune to stress
10. commercial insight
11. arithmetically strong
