Warranty and Return policy
Warranty
Brand-Butler guarantees that their products are free of defects concerning the design, materials and production during a period of one month after delivery. This does not apply for products delivered by third parties to the buyer. If the product contains any of the earlier mentioned defects, the buyer has the right on repairs on the product. Brand-Butler may choose to replace the product in case a repair raise any objections. The buyer has only the right on substitution if reparation of the product is not possible. The warranty is not valid if damage has been created as a result of incorrect usage and/or not following up correctly the instructions. Incorrect usage is determined as:
- the incorrect way of storing the products.
- the incorrect way of packing the products.
- the incorrect way of carriage of the products.
In case a product is being manufactured by a third party, the warranty will be limited tot the warranty provided by the specific manufacturer.

Complaints
Complaints in respect of externally visible defects should be notified in writing within seven days after the delivery of the items; if this period is exceeded Brand-Butler shall not be held to any form of compensation. Goods deemed by Brand-Butler to be unsuitable will either be replaced or credited in the purchase price to the exclusion of any other form of obligation to make compensation or supplementary compensation.
Returned goods

Goods may only be returned after the written agreement of Brand-Butler and at the client's expense and risk and such shall never imply any acceptance of liability. Products being processed with your personalised imprints, embroidery or engraving will not be taken back by Brand-Butler. We believe in 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with any of our promotional products or service, please contact our Customer Service and we will definitely find a convenient solution.
