If you have made your purchase order and received its order confirmation it is no longer possible to modify your order.

You may modify your quotation request by replying on the quotation (e-mail) sent by Brand-Butler or by posting a new request through the website.

When you post a quotation request through our website you will always receive an e-mail confirmation of your request. A delay may have several reasons and strongly depends on the timelines and the articles that you ordered. When you want to know the specific reason(s) of the delay we kindly request you to send an e-mail to customerservice@brand-butler.com. Do not forget to mention the referencenumber of your order.

We change the status of your order to "delivered" from the moment that the goods have been picked up by the transport company. The time between the pick-up and delivery may result that the status of your order is "delivered" but that you actually are not yet in possession of the articles. When the articles have not been delivered within 36 hrs after the status change you may contact customerservice@brand-butler.com for any questions that you may have on your order. Our Customer Service department will then retrieve your order based on the tracking number of the parcel.

Yes, almost all articles may also be delivered without print

Depending on the article, the printing technique, logo, text or image several requirements exist for your artwork. On your request we may adjust your supplied artwork. Our hourly rate for these handlings are € 45,-.
